Vendor Sign-Up

By registering, vendors agree to comply with all event rules and are solely responsible for their merchandise, cash, displays, equipment, and personal property. Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws.

Table fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, a reserved table may be transferred to another vendor with prior approval from the event coordinator.

Booth purchase is an application and does not guarantee space. NoCo Collector Con, operated by Balm & Bundle LLC, reserves the sole and absolute right to decline, cancel, or revoke any vendor registration at any time, before or during the event, for any reason or no reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to counterfeit, bootleg, or unlicensed merchandise, items that are illegal under federal, state, or local law, merchandise or conduct we determine to be unsuitable for a family audience, misrepresentation on your application, or conduct that disrupts the show, other vendors, or attendees. As the sole exception to the non-refundable policy above, if we decline or cancel your registration before the event begins, your table fee will be refunded in full. If we revoke your space during the event for cause, no refund will be issued. Booth locations are assigned and may be reassigned at our discretion.

Booth confirmation and load-in details are sent by email after checkout and may take up to 24 hours to arrive. Delivery depends on your email provider and messages may be filtered into spam or promotions. Please check those folders first. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, contact us so we can resend it.

The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or any financial losses incurred during the event. Payment of table fee constitutes acceptance of these terms.
